30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending the item. The authorized return address is 326 Rue De L’Yser, 59200 Tourcoing, France. Returns are sent to France.
Return Shipping Costs
If we made an error, or your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you pay return shipping to France. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact [email protected] to explain the issue and provide your order number. You may include photos to help us assess the problem. The unused and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not automatically exclude an item opened to discover damage, a defect or an incorrect item. We will arrange the appropriate return and resolution with you.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
